The Wineries Behind the Vines

A vine doesn’t grow on its own. It grows with time, care, and the vision of those who shape the land around it.

These are the people and places behind your adoption — the ones who turn hills into vineyards, and grapes into stories worth sharing.

Cascina Binè

Vigneti Repetto

Founded in 2015 by Gian Paolo Repetto and his wife Marina, Vigneti Repetto is a family-run estate nestled in the rolling hills of Sarezzano, in the heart of the Colli Tortonesi. After a career in engineering, Gian Paolo returned to his agricultural roots with a clear vision: to blend traditional values with modern innovation.

Their philosophy — Ancient Methods, Modern Technology — defines both the spirit of the vineyard and the approach in the cellar. The winery uses cutting-edge, low-impact vinification systems developed by a local start-up, allowing them to produce wines with minimal sulfites, no unnecessary transfers, and reduced water consumption.

Spread over 15 hectares between 240 and 340 meters above sea level, the estate is planted on clay-limestone soils ideally suited for native varieties like Timorasso and Barbera. Vigneti Repetto is particularly known for its expressive and elegant interpretations of Timorasso, a grape deeply rooted in the history of the region.

Beyond the vineyard, guests are welcomed for tastings and stays in the estate’s country house — an experience that captures the harmony between land, wine, and thoughtful hospitality.

Cascina Binè

Nestled in the heart of Monferrato, Binè is a young winery with a modern vision and a deep respect for tradition. Though recently founded, Binè is driven by a clear purpose: to create wines that express the authentic identity of this land, without shortcuts and without compromise.

The estate is surrounded by the gentle hills of southern Piedmont — a territory shaped by vineyards, seasons, and people who have always lived in rhythm with the land. Binè cultivates its vines with care and intention, focusing on quality over quantity and allowing the unique character of the terroir to speak through every bottle.

This is not just a winery — it's part of a new generation of producers who combine innovation, environmental awareness, and a sincere connection to place. Every bottle from Binè is a reflection of the soil it grew from and the hands that chose to do things properly, even if it takes more time.
